It is the policy of The Retina Institute that your co-payment is collected upon your arrival.
No Insurance or High Deductible
If you do not have medical insurance or you have a high deductible, you will be expected to bring a minimum down payment of $300.00 at the time of service, or you will be required to have a credit card on file.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, checks and money orders. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH. You may also may pay your bill online by clicking the "Pay My Bill"link on this website (top right-hand corner). You can also pay your bill at any of our service locations.
It is your responsibility to obtain authorization from your Primary Care Physician (PCP). If your insurance plan requires a referral or authorization your PCP, please have your PCP fax (314-968-5117) your referral to our office prior to your visit. Your retina specialist cannot see you without the referral.
