The Retina Institute

Being an employee of The Retina Institute means being a member of a team.  This affiliation often extends past work hours.  Workers frequently devote themselves to the community and to each other.  Charity walks, food drives, adopting families during the holidays, all transpire because of the kindness of the individuals who work here.  The staff holds weekly Dress-Down Days that benefit local and national charitable organizations, and the group readily comes to the aid of a peer who needs assistance.

In a profession dedicated to helping patients, the staff that comprises The Retina Institute also believes in caring for others beyond just doing their job.
