It is the policy of The Retina Institute that your co-payment is collected upon your arrival. Self-pay patients or those with high out-of-pocket insurance plans are required to make a $300.00 deposit upon arrival or have a credit card on file.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, checks and money orders. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH. You may also may pay your bill online by clicking the "Pay My Bill" link on this website. You can also pay your bill at any of our service locations.
It is your responsibility to obtain authorization from your Primary Care Physician (PCP). If your insurance plan requires a referral or authorization your PCP, please have your PCP fax (314-968-5117) your referral to our office prior to your visit. Your retina specialist cannot see you without the referral.
